At Creative Paws, we understand how important it is to receive your pet essentials quickly and reliably. We are committed to providing efficient shipping services for all pet collars, leashes, and accessories purchased through our website.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $89.

For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $6.95 will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of increased order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (when available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to:

  • International destinations

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Certain remote locations where carrier service is unavailable

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Creative Paws is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Creative Paws is not responsible for delays caused by:
